By using RP Pet Grooming’s Mobile Pet Grooming services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Service Agreement

•Services are provided based on availability and appointment scheduling.

•Accurate information about your pet (e.g., health conditions, behavioral concerns) must be disclosed at booking.

Payment

•Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

•Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee.

Liability

•We strive to ensure the safety and comfort of your pet. However, RP Pet Grooming is not liable for injuries resulting from pre-existing conditions, behavioral issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

•Owners are responsible for disclosing any aggressive tendencies or health conditions.

Changes to Policies

We reserve the right to update our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
